IL CAFFE' CON L'ORMA

Quando sono stato a Trieste, al Caffè degli Specchi, la cosa che mi ha affascinato, tra le tante, era che da una semplice tazza di caffè, riuscivano a prepararla in una cinquantina di modi differenti.

Tutto solo a partire dal Caffè che la macchina produceva.

Affascinante, non potevo che rimanere estasiato da questa attenzione e molteplicità di offerta, per un solo prodotto.

Soprattutto per me che sono Napoletano, e che al bar prendo solo e quasi esclusivamente il caffè.

Ma oggi ho imparato che esiste una nuova modalità di prendere il caffè.

Una modalità creata in un bar della città in cui abito, e che frequento.

Si chiama Caffè con l’Orma.

Consiste in questo.

Se due persone, non hanno modo di prendere il caffè insieme, perché uno dei due è impegnato, quando l’altro va a prendere il caffè, loro ti fanno sedere allo stesso tavolo in cui si è seduta l’altra persona, ma nell’altra sedia.

In questo modo, energeticamente, l’incontro reale, impossibile ad aversi, avviene.

Un modo per prendere il caffè con una persona a te cara.

Assente, ma presente con la sua orma, creatasi con la sua presenza precedente.

Che baristi romantici.

THE COFFEE WITH THE FOOTPRINT

 

When I was in Trieste, at the Caffè degli Specchi, the thing that fascinated me, among many others, was that from a simple cup of coffee, they could prepare it in about fifty different ways.

All alone, starting from the coffee that the machine produced.

Fascinating, I couldn't help but be delighted by this attention and multiplicity of offers, for a single product.

Especially for me, who am a Neapolitan, and at the bar I take only and almost exclusively coffee.

But today I learned that there is a new way to take coffee.

A mode created in a bar in the city where I live and that I frequent.

It's called Coffee with an Orma.

It consists of this.

If two people have no way to have coffee together, because one of them is busy, when the other one goes for coffee, they make you sit at the same table as the other person, but in the other chair.

In this way, energetically, the real meeting, impossible to have, happens.

A way to have coffee with someone close to you.

Absent, but present with his footprint, created by his previous presence.
